Marinated Tinned Razor Clams

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tin Island Creek x Mariscadora Razor Clams In Olive Oil (strained)
  • 1T razor clam olive oil
  • ¼ Vidalia onion (sliced thin)
  • 2 cloves garlic (sliced thin)
  • 1t Calabrian chili powder
  • 1 ½ T Bragg’s liquid amino acids or soy sauce
  • 1 ½ T apple cider vinegar
  • 1t fish sauce
  • ½ lemon (juice & zest)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix everything in a bowl except the razor clams.

  2. Fold the razor clams in and wait one hour before serving.

  3. Serve with your favorite pickles, mustard and crackers.
