Marinated Tinned Razor Clams
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tin Island Creek x Mariscadora Razor Clams In Olive Oil (strained)
- 1T razor clam olive oil
- ¼ Vidalia onion (sliced thin)
- 2 cloves garlic (sliced thin)
- 1t Calabrian chili powder
- 1 ½ T Bragg’s liquid amino acids or soy sauce
- 1 ½ T apple cider vinegar
- 1t fish sauce
- ½ lemon (juice & zest)
INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix everything in a bowl except the razor clams.

Fold the razor clams in and wait one hour before serving.

Serve with your favorite pickles, mustard and crackers.
