Another year of our Thanksgiving Eve OysterFest was a resounding success - thanks to the quality and ease of Island Creek Oysters. We expanded our order, but kept to the same variety of raw oyster - the Island Creek original. Large enough for this amateur shucker to handle, easy enough to open that we can introduce successful shucking to a newbie, and always delicious, it's Island Creek for the win! Also ordered some Kaluga Caviar to build something new to us - a raw oyster topped with Vermont Creme Fraiche and caviar - all followed by a little pour of stout. Yum!!

Obsessed with Tinned Littleneck Clams!

This is what started my obsession with this company. Discovered at a local grocery store and I decided I needed to buy straight from the source instead. I've probably had 6-7 of these tins to myself since I've first tried it. Buying more now to bring to a family party!

Best Oysters

I order oysters for my husband a couple times a year. He's an oyster snob for sure. Island Creek oysters regardless of the type he says are the best oysters he's ever had. His absolute favorite is the Martha's Vineyards but these Honeydrops did not disappoint. I can't say enough about the quality and service.

Great value and fantastic taste

This is the best caviar we have ever had for this price point! You can not believe the depth of flavor. Buttery, cheesy, melt in your mouth with a hint of salt and a clean finish. It is absolutely decadent. We put this on our oysters on the poster roll and it went with everything. But this caviar is a star, eating it right out the tin is an experience worth having!
