Olive Oil Cake with Caviar

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups + 2 tbsp all purpose flour 
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cup Graza Sizzle Olive Oil, plus more for greasing pan
  • 3 tablespoons orange zest
  • 30g Island Creek Caviar
  • Graza Drizzle Olive Oil, to taste

PROCESS

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in bowl until smooth.
  2. Grease loaf tin generously with Graza Olive Oil. Transfer batter to tin.
  3. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes, until a cake tester can be inserted and come out dry. 
    • Top generously with caviar and a finishing splash of Graza Drizzle!
