Olive Oil Cake with Caviar
INTRO COPY
Serves 4 | Recipe by Island Creek
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups + 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cup Graza Sizzle Olive Oil, plus more for greasing pan
- 3 tablespoons orange zest
- 30g Island Creek Caviar
- Graza Drizzle Olive Oil, to taste
PROCESS
- Whisk all ingredients together in bowl until smooth.
- Grease loaf tin generously with Graza Olive Oil. Transfer batter to tin.

Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes, until a cake tester can be inserted and come out dry.
- Top generously with caviar and a finishing splash of Graza Drizzle!
