Once again, an incredible batch of oysters delivered with care and character! I'm always torn between the briny bite of a Wellfleet and the sweet, clean finish of an Island Creek but honestly, that's the joy of it. Trying oysters from either side of the bay is like vacationing in two charming coastal towns, each with its own vibe, but both delivering unforgettable memories and delicious bites.

They arrived in pristine condition (as always), ready to be slurped raw with a squeeze of lemon or dressed up fancy with garlic butter, breadcrumbs, and a bit of cheese for a warm, bubbly bake.

No matter how you enjoy them, these beauties deliver every time. Service was top-notch, as expected, quick, friendly, and reliable. Honestly, if happiness came in a shell, this would be it. Can't wait for the next round!

Great value and fantastic taste

This is the best caviar we have ever had for this price point! You can not believe the depth of flavor. Buttery, cheesy, melt in your mouth with a hint of salt and a clean finish. It is absolutely decadent. We put this on our oysters on the poster roll and it went with everything. But this caviar is a star, eating it right out the tin is an experience worth having!
