Pour this on a fish taco STAT! Bright and spicy fermented serrano chilis are blended with Alaskan bullwhip kelp for an incredibly crushable hot sauce. We love to add a splash to shucked oysters, fresh ceviches, or on grilled fish. The beach vibes are strong with this one.

About Barnacle: Founders Lia and Matt are Alaskan natives with a passion for sharing the coastal flavors and stories of their home state. Their hero ingredient is bull kelp - an incredibly fast growing, zero-input, versatile, nutritious  and delicious seaweed native to Alaska. At Island Creek, we support responsible aquaculture in all forms - be it finfish, oyster, or plant - and are super excited to bring on Barnacle who not only are stewards of their environment, but make absolutely delicious sauces which are right at home on shucked oysters or tin fish spreads.
