• 1 tin ICO x Mariscadora Razor clams in olive oil
• 1 30g tin of caviar
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 slices of sourdough bread

PROCESS

• Toast Bread
• Rub with a raw garlic clove
• Spoon caviar onto toast
• Slice razor clams into bite size pieces and add to toast
