Tinned Razor Clams with Caviar and Garlic Toast
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tin ICO x Mariscadora Razor clams in olive oil
- 1 30g tin of caviar
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
PROCESS
- Toast Bread
- Rub with a raw garlic clove
- Spoon caviar onto toast
- Slice razor clams into bite size pieces and add to toast
