Galician Tinned Scallop Toast

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tin Island Creek x Mariscadora Scallops In Sauce (strained)
  • 1T strained scallop sauce
  • 2oz N’duja
  • 1ea 1 inch sliced sourdough toast
  • 1T scallions (bias cut)
  • 1T cilantro (picked and rough cut)
  • 1T basil (picked)
  • 1T olive oil

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Spread the olive oil evenly over the toast or grill until toasted golden brown. 

  2. Spread the n’duja evenly over the toast.

  3. Next spread the scallops over the top.

  4. Toss the scallions in the scallop sauce and evenly distribute it over the top.

  5. Cut the toast in half and garnish with the basil and cilantro. 

  6. Serve right away.
