We served them the next day and everyone of them were super fresh! The sampler was great for the start of party! Everyone enjoyed them and had fun comparing them! "I’ve ordered from Island Creek several times. They never disappoint. I just ordered the sampler. It had oysters from 3 different farms. They were all clearly labeled. Not thinking things through I unpacked them and commingled them in a Tupperware! So I’m getting a surprise every time I get shucking. I must say they were all delicious!!!"
