About Barnacle: Founders Lia and Matt are Alaskan natives with a passion for sharing the coastal flavors and stories of their home state. Their hero ingredient is bull kelp - an incredibly fast growing, zero-input, versatile, nutritious and delicious seaweed native to Alaska.
