There were shipping problems but good product

"Scallops and Oysters were great. 5 star. Arrived in good condition in very hot weather conditions with only 2 oysters opened and not able to use. Clams we used were good. But many were open or broken. The condition of these were not up to our previous experience with these clams. There was no damage to the shipping container. Perhaps additional gel packs and a filler to prevent movement within the container?"
