"We are huge fans of Island Creek products so trying the smoked tuna loin was a must. Served it for lunch yesterday during a surprise visit by our son and daughter-in-law. I toasted up some sourdough bread, mixed avocado with lime juice and a touch of sirachi to spread on the toast, then the tuna sliced thin on top. Garnished with some quick pickled red onions. Absolutely delicious and got rave reviews!"
