We are so proud to partner with two of the country’s most predominant caviar farms, each special in their own right as pioneers in the industry. Osetra Caviar from Marshallberg Farm is our newest premium offering, and we couldn't be more excited about it!
Marshallberg Osetra Caviar is from Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii. It's the one of the most expensive and highest grade caviars. Lustrous pewter with a snappy pop. Light, clean, floral and delicately umami flavors delight. It is wonderful on its own, or as an accompaniment to oysters (our favorite).
TASTE: clean and grassy, delicate like ocean mist, floral like jasmine, light mushroom umami
