Excellent Caviar

"We enjoyed the Adamas caviar over New Years with our Great Guns oysters and a Special Club champagne. This caviar is very fresh, has a smaller egg size than some others and has a decent slatiness with a slightly buttery and creamy finish. It was excellent plain or on a blini with creme fraiche. For me it is more reminiscent of an Ossetra than others, albeit a darker egg."

"Hear me out…. First. Every oyster shucked, and slurped, required no caviar..It makes it opulent… to some….. I bought the add on..and was so impressed with the portion!..When the tin popped……. If you know, yes, you’ll still get goosebumps, even if you don’t wash it down, with a glass of Moët….or…..an oil can of P.B.R…..(quit starin at me….) Get the add on!!! But by Joe….Get the Ersters FIRST!!!!"
