Our Flagship oyster, grown right here in Duxbury, Massachusetts. We may be biased, but we think these oysters are pretty damn near perfect. The quintessential East Coast oyster, they’re consistent yet complex, with up-front notes of ocean brine and seaweed, and a smooth, sweet finish. Deep cups encourage plump meats for a toothy, chewy bite you can really sink your teeth into. Well balanced from beginning to end, these oysters are ideal for oyster newbies and seasoned pros alike.

"Hello Island Creek Team, Thank you for reaching out for feedback. I’ve ordered from you several times before and have always been impressed—including with this week’s order, which shipped on Wednesday and arrived promptly on Thursday with incredible service. They were packaged tight and were still very cool. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the oysters in this particular batch. When opened, they had very little liquor/juice, and about 5 of them (10%) had already opened in transit and had to be discarded. Given how much I usually enjoy your oysters, this batch fell well short of the usual standard. Thank you for listening, and I look forward to my next order. Best regards, Grover Allgood"

Excellent oysters, not one bad one in the bunch.

"Had never tried these and was very pleasantly surprised with their briny taste. Ate the whole sac with just a squeeze of lemon on each one. I did expect them to be a bit larger though and some were. I like large oysters and ordered these to try because Belon's are out of season and not available. We actually chew our oysters and appreciate a nice mouthful. I believe these will be my go to for occasional orders or some similar."

"Another wonderful experience with Island Creek! FedEx dropped the ball on our delivery, but IC made it right with a new shipment sent out on the day of our choosing. We often buy oysters from other farms when we order from IC - variety is the spice of life! - but there's something special about these original Island Creeks, and we keep coming back to them. "Once again perfectly cold oysters arrived for the fourth of July all the way to Idaho. Great packaging kept the oysters cold and I appreciate the little tempurature sensor they ship with them. Oysters arrive pretty dirty but nothing a quick rinse won't fix. Order arrived on schedule"

Minor shipping issue, great customer service

"I live in the boonies and so shipping fresh seafood comes with a little bit of a risk. Last year we ordered 100 Oysters and they got delayed and then misplaced and found a few days later, warm and inedible. Refunded, no questions asked. This year the delivery was on time but we didn't receive a second pound of crab meat. Refunded, no questions asked. These guys are the best when it comes to customer service."
