Kind of Mid, if I'm being honest

"Making a mignonette from scratch is pretty easy. . . but I thought I'd try this to save myself all the shallot-chopping. I give it high marks for convenience (just add champagne vinegar!) but I much prefer the flavor of a homemade batch. I will say that mixing the vinegar with the dry spice blend benefits from sitting overnight (at least) - the spices and everything blend and soften. Oddly I did not detect any instructions or guidance on the packaging at all to suggest that. (but maybe I missed it?). I didn't see any "for best results" text anywhere- I would suggest adding that."

Mignonette Spice

"Very flavorful! We mixed some in sour cream and made homemade potato chips to eat with the caviar, and also mixed with champagne vinegar for our DELICIOUS oysters…. . we had a very decadent Christmas!"

Too salty

"I should looked closer at the ingredients list. Salt is the first ingredient. I found it to be way too salty. Mignonette typically does not have salt in it"
