Our Flagship oyster, grown right here in Duxbury, Massachusetts. We may be biased, but we think these oysters are pretty damn near perfect. The quintessential East Coast oyster, they’re consistent yet complex, with up-front notes of ocean brine and seaweed, and a smooth, sweet finish. Deep cups encourage plump meats for a toothy, chewy bite you can really sink your teeth into. Well balanced from beginning to end, these oysters are ideal for oyster newbies and seasoned pros alike.

"I ordered 200 oysters for my husband’s 30th birthday party and it was an absolute success! The oysters shipped quickly and arrived all in perfect condition! The cups were large, meaty and had great flavor! I would describe them as clean, some salinity, and sweet! We will definitely order these again!"

"I was severely disappointed in the oysters we received. They were very thin and barely filled out the shell. It took 3, on average, to equal 1 normal sized oyster. Even the larger shells we’re seemingly empty. The liquor was so salty and bitter that we had to rinse them off before consuming."
"Great product all around; as usual. Our first time getting the ‘large’ variety. You can still enjoy them raw, but they aren’t as sublime as the younger/smaller versions. Perfect on the grill or in the oven for Oysters Rockefeller! I’d say 60% were large, 30% were extra large, and 10% were huge. Same flavor profile across the board though. Will definitely purchase again. I would keep in mind oysters of that age/size aren’t as resilient as younger oysters, so be prepared to eat them within the first 3 days or so. -In my opinion"

"We ordered the oysters to celebrate a milestone anniversary. They arrived as promised and were amazing! I was also surprised to find the partnership mignonette seasoning between Island Creek Oysters and Spicewalla was available at a local chef center (and is also available on the Island Creek website). The seasoning was a perfect compliment! As a sidenote: we ordered from Island Creek once before and shipping was delayed a few days. The company stood behind their product and gave us a refund, which gave us confidence in ordering again. Thank you!"

"I’ve been ordering from Island Creek since 2019. The product is usually very high quality. The shipment of ICOS oysters that I had last weekend was subpar. Most of the oysters did not have liquor. Several had a substantial off flavor. We did not finish the 50 oysters that we had ordered."
