How about four big, beautiful, hard shell lobsters?

Also called halves, these pound and a half lobsters are substantial - they feel like a gift. Hardshell means more meat in each lobster and that that meat is the most tender you can find. And what about that meat? It is firm, mild (as compared to the ocean laced taste of an oyster), rich and sweet. 

There are so many ways to enjoy them - alone on Friday with leftovers for lobster rolls all weekend long, in a couple on Saturday with leftover meat going into lobster omelettes Sunday morning, or Sunday with the whole family crushing them in one sitting- you cannot go wrong. 

 

Lobster are great and these are best among them - trust us, we are ocean people, we know. Enjoy!
