Wild harvested via dredge by independent dayboat fishermen from the waters surrounding Cape Cod, these U10 sea scallops are the real deal; big, beautiful, and super versatile. "Under 10 per pound" means only the largest, meatiest specimens make the cull, which can be harder when seasonal catches are down. As sea scallops are motile and thrive in the wild across New England, they are harvested in ever-changing areas. Fishing permits can change year ‘round, also impacting where dayboats can land their catch.

Scallops ship frozen and vacuum sealed. It is normal for the meat to be partially or completely thawed but cold on arrival. Refrigerate when received. For optimal quality, use within 3 days of arrival.
