This is your new ‘put this sh!t on everything!’ hot sauce starring bullwhip kelp hand-harvested in the pristine waters of Alaska. Incredibly flavorful with just enough heat to warm the palate, this sauce pairs perfectly with everything - including fatty tinned fish like sardines and anchovies, or on a freshly shucked oyster. 

About Barnacle: Founders Lia and Matt are Alaskan natives with a passion for sharing the coastal flavors and stories of their home state. Their hero ingredient is bull kelp - an incredibly fast growing, zero-input, versatile, nutritious  and delicious seaweed native to Alaska. At Island Creek, we support responsible aquaculture in all forms - be it finfish, oyster, or plant - and are super excited to bring on Barnacle who not only are stewards of their environment, but make absolutely delicious sauces which are right at home on shucked oysters or tin fish spreads.
