"Yes, delicious and fresh oysters. I will order again And again And again"
Your oysters keep in the refrigerator for 5-7 days! You can order a day or two early to make sure you have them in time for your gathering. They are totally fine hangin’ out in the cool air.
When you receive your package, pull them out of the box (these guys need a little fresh air!). Grab a mixing bowl and throw the mesh bag in the bowl so that the oysters don’t leak all over your refrigerator. Grab a damp cloth and throw the cloth over the bowl. You are good to go for the next 5-7 days. Doesn’t hurt to dampen the cloth each day to keep them moist and chilled.
Only put the oysters on ice before service. The oysters will actually die in the melted fresh water so do not store the oysters on ice. They will not like this.
We ship using FedEx Overnight service. You will receive tracking info after the label has been printed the day before your oysters are set to arrive. We do not require a signature – Fedex will leave your package at your doorstep.

"Yes, delicious and fresh oysters. I will order again And again And again"
"I liked these a lot. As the product page noted easy to shuck. I served them with caviar I purchased which is such a generous deal - 50% off because I purchased oysters. Love Island Creek!"
"This was the first time I tried the 1620’s and they are excellent. Full flavor, salt to sweet. Firm, fresh and packed with a lot of goodness. Small in stature, large on delivery."
"These were just so good! Briny, buttery and beautiful. The bonus was the ease of shucking them. We will order them again."
"These are great medium sized oysters. They seemed to be slightly more briny than the Island Creeks, Wellfleets and Row 34s I've ordered in the past but still an excellent oyster. As always, they were perfectly packaged and arrived here in the deep dirty south as fresh as possible. Not a single oyster was damaged or dead."
"I served these raw gems with a series of different toppings… Meyer lemon puree with cracked black pepper Fresh celery leaves Taragon vinegar and cracked black pepper Fresh lemon juice and a dash of Tabasco Amazing oysters and super fresh and mildly briney"
"Very consistent in size, taste and easy to open."
"Deep shells, lots of liquor and briny earthy notes. Delish!"
"Good oysters, but not as good as island creeks."
"Wonder experience! Better than I could have expected ordering something like that to be delivered. 100% satisfied!!!"
