1 lb of Frozen Maine Sea Scallops
1/2 lb of Frozen Cooked Lobster Meat
and the Caviar Flight - 30g each of Sterling White Sturgeon Caviar, Paddlefish Roe, and Adamas Siberian Caviar
*If scallops and lobster meat are thawed or partially thawed on arrival, that's ok! Stays perfectly fresh for 3-5 days in the fridge.
