PATAGONIA SMOKED MUSSELS have a subtle smoke which pairs really nicely with the natural fattiness of the mussel. They an unexpected delight when accompanied by a glass of pinot noir but are equally comfortable with a ice cold pilsner. Or a warm one. You catch our drift. At our Raw Bars in Duxbury, MA and Portland, ME we go through epic numbers of tinned fish. We aren't sure who eats more, our guests or our employees (cue late night negroni and tinned fish session).
