The Island Creek Chef Share works with farms, fishermen, and chefs to create unique dishes throughout the summer season. Each Share package will offer sustainably sourced seafood and exceptional ingredients from local makers, such as vegetables, greens, cheeses and meats.  We will collaborate with some of our favorite chefs to develop a recipe each month that will highlight the flavor and quality of the ingredients. Each monthly shipment will provide a meal for 4 and include a dozen New England oysters (because, c’mon – we couldn’t send you a package without the oysters)! The Share will run from June through October and will be delivered the last Friday of each month. This offering can be shipped directly to your door anywhere across the U.S. (a great gift idea!), or picked up in the ICO Duxbury Retail Shop, BRIX Wine Shop in downtown Boston (105 Broad Street location), or Island Creek Oyster Bar in Burlington, MA! We hope this Share can inspire you to cook together and eat local. Come on summer!

The Chef Share will be delivered or picked up on the last Friday of each month.
