Our flagship Duxbury oyster...but huge! These four inch oysters are so heavy we can only fit 20 in a box. They are so substantial, we would not suggest shucking these unless you are a (very sober) professional. In that vein we are sending them out with a bottle of our favorite handmade hot sauce sweet reaper. Throw these on the grill, let them open, fill them with hot sauce and butter, and just delight in getting something absolutely epic. And very worth the wait.
