Tinned Fish Tomato Sauce Trio

This package contains three tins: Olasagasti Tuna Fillets with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Ramon Pena Scallops in Sauce and Ramon Pena Sardines in Sauce. These are three tins that share a common love - tomato sauce. We're not talking a heavy bolognese type situation here, but the uber light, fresh and deeply flavorful tomato treatment you may have had in brushetta or gaspacho. The reason we put these three together? Because they are rock stars. Literally throw them over pasta, add a little extra EVOO and a touch of salt, and you are done. And you are very, very pleased.

At our Raw Bars in Duxbury, MA and Portland, ME we go through epic numbers of tinned fish. We aren't sure who eats more, our guests or our employees (cue late night negroni and tinned fish session). This is the first time we are offering the whole spread on-line as there is perhaps no better product for this time.
