Cocktail sauce, as you know from reading the FAQ page, was invented as a means to mask the flavor of rancid oysters in the 19th Century before adequate refrigeration. Thus, simplicity is king when choosing your shellfish accompaniment. You want something that enhances the flavor, rather than overtakes it and Floyds does this elegantly. Key lime juice, habanero peppers, and salt are about the only ingredients.

Green: Intense lime flavor, medium heat.
