This edition of the sampler is a combination of Massachusetts oysters from three unique points around Cape Cod Bay: Crowes Pasture from Dennis, MA with vegetal notes and a hint of cream, complemented by the intensely briny Wellfleets, along with our own plump, balanced Island Creeks from right here in Duxbury.
